  • your throwing hand should be holding the ball with two fingers on top and your thumb on the bottom (facing away from you) with your arm bent at the elbow - making sure to keep your arm high up (up is mor imortant than stretched out backwards) and as you begin to throw with your body, your hand shoud follow suit and snap it forward for that extra momentum and strenght which you are looking for.

    good luck

  • i don't take anyone seriously who wears sunglasses on top off their baseball hat

  • I have a question. When stepping toward the target, should I land on my toe as you show or would it be better to land on the heal of my foot so that I can trasfer my weight during the throwing motion? I feel that I am better balanced when landing on my heel or landing flatfooted.

    Thanks

  • @mrbubble2727 especially guys from expertvillage xD

  • thanks

  • glove hand should be tucked in

  • and point ur toes to the target

  • Shouldn't you also cock your wrist back as you are beginning to throw and then snap it forward during the throw? I was told that this was an important part of throwing.

  • press 6 for pimpin

  • blkjbljk

  • you are incorrect..... that is a long looping throw you got there... the arms should come up like you are pulling back an arrow and your hand should climb and you get on top of the baseball- the hips should turn and your throwing arm should pronate on the follow through.

  • i need help my friends say i short arm the ball when i throw i have the power to get it to the person but they say its bad form..ive tried throwing normally but the ball goes way over their head or far left or right..any ideas?
