I'm no expert, but what I did was head to the local pet store and get a kitten pack - the milk in the video came from that. The kit I bough came with basically an eye dropper to give younger kittens milk. I think even kittens that young can be saved with enough KMR (kitten milk replacement) and hard work. Good luck!
