@MarcoG87 Keifer Sutherland has specifically mentioned it, and I personally got an e-mail from 2K that they are developing the game. I'm hearing late 2011 could be the traget date. Sutherland said at aconvention in San Diego, CA that it will have a title agttached to it, but will not be called 24: The Game , but rather 24:(insert title here). Rest assured, a sequel is in the works. Looks like we see the return of Wayne Palmer as well!!!!!

@MarcoG87 Supposedly you are going to get your wish. Rumor has it that, the creators of 24 and 2K are teaming up yet again for a sequel to "24" on Playstation 3 which will take place after the events of Season 8(which I have yet to see, as I just got it as a Christmas present), and will be a prequel to the "24" movie, much like how 24" Redemption was for Season 7. It is rumored to include Keifer Sutherland, Mary Lynn Rajskub, DB Woodside ,Gregory Itzin and Carlos Bernard.
