It's hard for some people to not want evil people to have fair trials but we become no better if we just drag them out and lynch them.

He lies to himself just like those whom he defends. He think this is an intellectual challenge to trample upon victims, under the pretense of fairness.
A person deserve fair trial as long as there is a reasonable ground that, he is innocent.
Defending a criminal solely to have fun with the system is criminally insane.
Criminally insane person can't tell right from wrong. He is like a rabbid dog hurting the hand that feeds him. He defends people who would kill him.
An ultimate fool.

lol he sure has a lot of chess sets

I'm sure the convicted criminals who hire him.. pay him a large sum of money.
-
when he says accused - he actually means guilty
-
Yeah i agree with you. If there was any justice, they would go a one on one fight with each of the victims relatives, "slow dancing" in a cell..now that would be justice
-
A persons humanity is not on trial . The persons actions/ decisions are on trial. This is just another scumbag trying to rationalize.

Come on did you notice the age of the people he defended? I cant think of any way you can really sentence those people. They got away with it!
lawyers who defend the worst criminals deserve a lot more respect.. i listened to an interview with a lawyer defending a local accused rapist. callers were asking "how could you do this? what if this man raped your kids"
of corse they think that! if a lawyer can forget their own judgement and provide the best defence possible they are supporting the integrity of the legal system just as much as the prosecutor.
if he gives a poor defence the accused will get a retrial and possible acquittal

Shame the commentator cannot pronounce 'Khmer', 'Phnom' and 'Nihilistic'.
Still, another very interesting story from JM
