Spelman is consistently ranked as the number 1 HBCU in the country, and as the number 1 liberal arts school in the southeast (hbcu or majority institution), so your daughter going to Spelman wouldn't be a bad thing, lol.

I regret not going to Howard so much, My mother went there and graduated in 1947. I live in Atlanta and my daughter wants to go to Spelman. If I were still up north I'm sure she would go to Howard.
