Also, she was smart about picking the winner of Celebrity HIjack "Competion" (where nobody had the chance of being Big Brother) even Dermot said it, AND, the producers praised her for her work when interviewing an audionee.

Grace is so fricking manipulative - telling Glyn her sob story so that he'll feel guilty and step down for her. I still cannot believe that there were so many people out there slating Aisleyne for being manipulative (when she blatantly wasn't).
Also, I agree - Lisa was an aggressive little troll whose only way of communicating was either shouting and swearing or stomping around like some modern-day cavewoman.
