@vic0tv0studeos A brilliant exercise is listening to where the singer breathes in a recording of a cover song you are working on & trying to copy it. Singing is not always about "holding breath". What helps is if you focus on how much measuring you have to do to get you to the end of the phrase. The better control you get over your voice, you realise that you often do not need as much push as you think. In fact, pushing air too hard through your vocal folds does not make better high notes.

(PLEASE HELP) i am new at singing im like 14 and everytime i try to high a powerful high note my voice goes into a whisper :( its very annoying please help :(

@boom182cool this is called falsetto & means that you are not tilting your thyroid cartilage (a part of your larynx) enough for the high notes. Take a look at my nodule video for a little more information about how the vocal folds work. As I say below, I am going to be making a new video about that soon - just started filming.
