  • oh my god. 4:50 ..look at that. shes scared s***less. talk about heart wrenching. shes used to mad men with guns. soldiers to her are bad men coming to kill people. but look at her smile when she see's, he's a real soldier. an irish soldier. there to stop the bad men from killing her friends. he is her friend. i dont care what war mongering british soldiers say. you wanna be the best, then join the irish army. a real army. that does what real soldiers do. risk their lives for those who cant.

  • The men and women in the Irish army are heros and leegends not because we kill innocent people not because we engage in brutal hellish warfare but because we retore the peace we live on peace and equality and even when our numbers are small and our country is in conflict we lend a helping hand to restore war torn countries. Say all you want on human nature and surrender but my friend I know you wouldnt take the responsibility. I salute you all

  • @atemporaryaccount100 Ive served the Irish army for 4 years I would deeply recommend it.

  • It is shocking that these beautiful people are not recognised morefor everything they have done, something is wrong with that

  • @1084421 what does fair plate mean? you want to give them a plate? as in a piece of crockery? do they get this plate as a reward when they return to ireland or do they get it while on duty....

  • @1084421 it's fair play you nob

  • I served in the Leb on two tours. Lebanese people are the nicest people I have ever met and that includes people from Moville in Donegal!!. Loved serving the Army, and would love to go back to the Leb now im older and wiser. Best days of my life in the Irish Army. It was tough at times, but in hindsight, I would'nt have changed it for the world. Mind you, my seargents were a couple of cunts. Corporals and privates still best mates even after 10 years since my last tour. Eire ABU.

  • @ocean3da You do know that the UN pay. the reason countries do peacekeeping is because if they dont they have to pay for another country do do it. It also helps that countries image around the world and in some cases gives that country more power in the country it has deployed troops in to keep peace as well as the most important aspect which is to provide a safe environment for the countries people to live in.

  • @dparker382

So that is your reason for wanting to continue overseas missions?

  • @ocean3da Believe it or not irish troops are loved by everyone in the places they have served. in lebanon in tibnin all the locals speak in irish accents.lol i was there a year ago i couldnt stop laughing i just taught it was hilarious. irish flag flys beside lebanese flag in tibnin

  • My father was there with those soldiers :)

  • @atemporaryaccount100 well said
