NASA-SE Factory 3 Performance 2009 IFU-3 Wrap-up

This is a zany race, cooked up every year by the NASA-SE region and Factory 3 Performance - each year the race takes an interesting (planned) twist - this year the race finished by having all racers stop 50 yds from the finish line and run across the finish - this is the spectator's view of that!
