There are alot of people in the industry that are famous because of their talent and not the fact that they were rich.

The really known famous singers, are only in that position because they are signed to huge known record companies, these singers are signed to "YouTube" Just like beauty gurus or Shane Dawson or Jenna Marbles, they bring the views and more views = more money YouTube makes. These singers are partners with YouTube so their job isn't to sell out arenas. There job is to get views on this site and by doing that their talent is seen worldwide. Because YouTube is a worldwide known site. Don't worry

These singers get paid by YouTube, this is their job. People like Rihanna, Bieber, Spears, Gaga, Timberlake, Drake etc. All work for top record companies that's their job. No one knows how much these people get paid by YouTube but judging by the billions YouTube makes probably a decent amount and a lot of these guys don't care about being paid top dollar or being "famous" anyway, a lot of these singers just want their voices to be recognized.
