No questions asked? Windows doesn't have ANY wifi drivers out of the box as far as I know. XP is too old to have drivers for most video, sound, or network devices I've come across -- and Vista will declare these same devices obsolete and so ALSO not include drivers for them. Argh! You may or may not get the stuff to work, but you're deluding yourself if you think it's some seamless "oh it worked out of the box!" type experience.
