Did I see you set up a bridge system for the legs?
It doesn't look like it would be needed in the final product, but I thought I saw you put one together in the vid, but it's hard to tell.

pull the legs outside of the flame, heat your rod to full flowing, pull it out of the fire, touch it to the body or leg end, and pull out the leg.

god I hated my life when I started to play with larger and larger tubing. I found that I will need a bigger torch to work anything bigger than 44 mm heavy wall. not to mention, the weight that is hanging out there.
