@Ardakapalasan your explanation is more interesting and yes, I think that the fish is the God! but can you help me understead more plz. The monk, as every monk tries to catch god, to explain what god is, but he can't. God is hidden in the most simple, nature things, like the fish, and human have not to catch him, but live with him and touch him by his heart... isn't it? What is your explanation?

fish and monk may be met an accident and died while chasing and escaping. They meet in heaven and become loving friends because God is Loveeeeeeeeee

I have another explanation: too tiredness due to long running under bright sun might make him crazy.

Hahaha that was really entertaining and amusing.
I think what rkedu1 was trying to say, was that the whole animation was based off a monk running/hunting after a fish for the wrong reasons. After the whole journey together, they've become friends... "as equals". Not one pestering the other or one being annoyed by it. But together in harmony.
