@SaintsRow2OwnsGTA4 yeah but da 2 u gotta play a premade character. u can still customize him but u don't get to choose race and things like that which is cool i guess. maybe they'll make something where you can continue with your character or something like another expansion or something.

Well if you have the requirements to play on the PC modern games won't cost as much as the console versions. However I agree that you have to keep updating the video cards, computer, etc. Its not cool.
