Pigeon Man 1

I'm sitting working at my desk one day, when I look out the window where I see a man, standing in the pouring rain trying to catch pigeons in a home made pigeon trap. For the next 40 or so minutes, we wanders around, throwing breadcrumbs and chasing away other bird feeders to try and catch his pray. What makes it even more off is his choice of location, the bit of grass he is on, is a tiny patch right beside the main road. the actual park itself is huge, maybe a 20 min walk to get round it, why he chose there is anyones guess. We ended up filming him, in disbelief . . . what on earth is her doing and why?
