because using ha means "He is rich, and he can buy all things without kokoro."
but it is used "ga" to be means "He is rich but he can't buy kokoro"
not include other things.
So,we say hito[people] no kokoro[heart] ha kaenai[can't buy].
"madeha"means He is able to do things"madeha".
For example "Kare[he] ha takusan[a lot of] tabeta[ate] node[that's why] dessert madeha taberarenai.
Although my English is completely strange.

Why is made ha used in the first sentence translation? Would ga be appropriate, as in kokoro ga kaenai?
