  • Y am I on juice, because I have the ability to lift a lot. Finishing 8th at crystal palace after making the final a week after trails is ok for me. Dunno y u guys are so angry. I'm just a 86 kg guy ( yes I have lost weight) lucky enough to do wat I love.

  • wats the point of one rep? i mean i can do 300 lbs bench press one rep, but i do 100 lbs while training whic is a true reflection of my inferior strength. so doing 420 lbs once dsnt seem to make sense to me
