Practice makes perfect, work on mastering your form to get maximum benefits. If you have to slow down the process to do right, then do it.

  • The slow pace is excellent for beginners and advance practitioners alike. It teaches us how to be patience, watch the breathe which must be incorporate into the movements, stay focus...seek calm within the movement, etc... If there is constructive criticism, your body slightly leaned back while doing the last portion of the grasping the bird's tail. It should not be that way. Your brushing the knee and push AND brush the horse's mane...slightly different that the 'regular' way of doing it.

  • There are not two movements, but still great

  • Love the slow precise movement but wish it had the 2 missing forms. Thanks

  • Rear view and mirror make it a lot easier to learn. The best way to teach. Thanks.

  • it not complete form !!!!
