The slow pace is excellent for beginners and advance practitioners alike. It teaches us how to be patience, watch the breathe which must be incorporate into the movements, stay focus...seek calm within the movement, etc... If there is constructive criticism, your body slightly leaned back while doing the last portion of the grasping the bird's tail. It should not be that way. Your brushing the knee and push AND brush the horse's mane...slightly different that the 'regular' way of doing it.
