@MRDubya79 you mother fucking candy fag, when we run out of oil it'll be too late to resurface the mother fucking road, because if there's no oil, there's no petrol
resurface before oil runs out
vs
resurface after oil runs out
take your pick, tiny tim.

@MRDubya this idea isnt stupid but it is not his own. The American network of road is getting old and crumbling. Soon almost all roads in America will have to be redone and this is great option if you create a gas powered car/ magnetic hybrid you would not have to convert as many roads. Highways would be done first & the saving from that alone would be unimaginable. With the US economy the way it is this project would make millions of jobs for people just like the highway project did years ago.

You need to make that "power" happening between the magnet on top of the car, and the magnets beneath the road....INSIDE of the wheels. Imagine the magnets on the bottom fixed to the axel inside the wheel, opposing the magnet (on top) on the spinning wheels. Then it could spin itself.

I thought of this idea too...I suppose it'll work in theory.

so we make our road out of aluminum....you old bloot

the real question still remains...magnets...how do they friggin' work?

@videomakingstudio
There isn't any batteries used in this demonstration. If you are referring to the silver cylinders on top of the car, those are also magnets. :)

Your idea sucks.
You'd need to alter the entire structure of billions of miles of roads throughout the world by placing magents beneath the surface.
Okay for a toy, but has no legs for changing the world of transport.

And I bet thats what they said to Henry Ford when he started making cars LOL By the way, this is just a demonstration on how magnets can move something, its not necessarily designed to propel an automobile. please update your rating judged on this:)

His idea sucked.
You'd need to alter the entirety of billions of miles of roads through the world by placing asphalt on top of the surface.
Okay for a toy, but horses have legs and they hurt walking on that shit.
