Safeway usually has beef ribs in max packs with no meat left at all. So I was shocked to bump into these. They aren't as meaty as some I've seen and had, but at $1.49/lb, the price was most certainly right. At $5.29, the Stubbs Beef Marinade was actually more expensive than the 2 hunks of meat, but it was worth it. Big Flavor.
Been having trouble keeping the temps down on the bullet, so these were done in closer to 4 hours than 6 hours, but the results were still mighty fine!
