In my first video review, I take a look back at 1993 with Sango Fighter (aka "Fighter in China") on the PC. This classic 2D fighter was largely ignored because of games like Street Fighter.

Note: apparently this was made in Taiwan. My mistake, sorry everyone.

  • oh, one more thing. Because i have the shareware version u did know that it only lets me play as guan yu and jang fei, right why do you know why's this

  • Shareware version is basically a demo. The full game is available as freeware. Check the video description for the download link.

  • @DWTerminator LOL! It feels strange to see your first review, DWT!

This title seems interesting. Do you know other freeware DOS fighting games, despite this, Super Fighter and One Must Fall 2097?

  • Yeah, I've come pretty far since then...

As for other freeware DOS fighters... I know of none.

  • @DWTerminator Shame, at least any DOS fighting game, not freeware? Thanks for the quick answer, as always.

  • Actually I forgot about one (freeware) called Xenophage: Alien Bloodsport (it's on 3D Realms' website)... but it's not very good. Apart from that I'm not aware of any DOS fighting games except MUGEN, which has been converted to Windows.

  • @DWTerminator HAHAHAHAHAHA! That game looks ridiculously awesome. By the way, searching on YouTube I found another Dos fighting game as well, which you might be interested in, since it's give as freeware by the company who made it. I don't know if you heard of it before, it's called Timeslaughter, and, to be honest, it looks horrible, but I guess it would be interesting to try, just for the laughs.

  • If you run it in DOSBox, yes.

  • would it still work

  • but i have the shareware version :(
