dont quote me i cant find it but i do remember from highschool. the original draft of the constitution states that a black man is worth 1/8 of a white man....or was it 2/3 either way. for a race to not equal to another who fights dies bleeds and overcomes adversity to then turn around and say that one sex isnt equal to another. in a sense of equal marraige do the math .....if 1/8 or 2/3 which ever it was can become whole.....why cant 2 men or 2 woman?

i think it was 1/3 but point is they became 1 didnt they? if 1/3 = 1 then 1+1 can = 1

Today it hit me when I saw a car in front of me with Marriage = man+women. I expected it to be a white male... sorry but this was an actual conditioned by my environment growing up. I was surprised to see it was a young black female.. I immediately think about not to long ago Blacks...didn't have the right to vote, at one time not to marry within their race much less someone of a different race. If our voices are heard, and we took time to make a difference the world could be vastly different.

as of now, i dont plan on getting married, but maybe one day i will find that perfect person and fall in love, and i wont be able to marry them because of prop 8, and my friends wont be able to be married either. It is NOT fair.
