No he's lv 90 just like every over Disgaea final boss of the disgaea series although due he's stats he's much stronger then a normal lv 90 enemy's.

My party's lv ranged from the low 70s to high 80s with high ranking gear and some even reincarnated and he still gave me a hard time :(
