What a wonderful musical offering to the planet.
The discords eloquently express the sorrow at laying Jesus in his tomb. Bach at his ultimate. What a wonderful cultural and religious icon for the planet. He is truly the greatest ever composer and communicator of emotions through music.

@helmuthoorn I am a Muslim and I adore Bach and his music .. I do not believe Jesus was crucified, instead I believe Allah has rescued him, however when I listed to this part of the passion I almost cried, not because I am sad for Jesus but because Bach music is so emotional and genius that it affects even atheists !
