Well, he has done it again. Wow!!! You wont believe your eyes.
Usain Bolt brakes his own world record of 19.30 with an amazing time of 19.19. This was achieved on the sixth day of the IAAF World Championship in Berlin, Germany.
Tyson Gay had a "crotch injury", so he did run. Yeah good excuse, he knew he couldnt beat the BOLT!!

Damn right, he is phenomenal. Bolt should be everyones hero. If you aspire to be as good as him in your own right, then you will achieve.
The heptathlon is great, Jessica Ennis is another amazing athlete. Good luck with it.
