"It's All a Dream"
Words and music by Paul Bradford and Rick Lasso
I considered you my friend
You would be there until the end
But now it's all a dream
A place we've never been
At least in this cold future
We find ourselves in
When they laughed, you cried
No one ever wondered why
But now it's all a dream
A place we've never been
At least in this cold future
we find ourselves in
And now you're on your own
There's no one left to phone
You spend the long nights all alone
People always leave in the end
It's always there around the bend
(Music break)
I considered you my friend
You would be there until the end
But now it's all a dream
A place we've never been
At least in this cold future
We find ourselves in

God guys... Paul and Rick you two are the best thing - to me anyway since the
Beatles. Your music flows with the times but yet - and you need to explain your secret!! You never lose that 6o's and 70's feel! Even though a lot is outside that mythical Box it is all still rock and roll! And Paul your voice had that kind of haunting tone to it and really fit this one!I wish I could have become a Christian later because I would sell my soul to write and produce your type of music...LOL...
