Today on this 2007 Kia Sorento we are going to install part number 119176 from Tow Ready. This is the modulite protected trailer light power module. The first thing we are going to do is get behind the two tail lights. So basically what is going to happen is we are going to get all of our left turn, running lights, stop light circuit, and ground from the left hand side of the vehicle behind the tail light. We are going to run the green wire all the way to the right hand side and get behind the tail light and pick up that signal there. :26

All right we will unscrew our tail light. Slowly pull it away and expose the wires. The first step in the install is go ahead and just make ourselves a ground. And we are just going to use this piece of sheet metal right here. Its kind of nice because you have two layers of metal, it is going to give you a bit more metal to drill into. Okay, we will leave that there for now. We will hook up our tester and now we will start testing our wires. :51
