Desert Parkour Winter Training 2009/2010

Well guy here it is! i have been training for a year and a half, trace for a year and 5 months. we have improved alot and gotten new members so check it out! Casey has been training for 3 months, daniel for 3 months and squish for 5 months.

@Ge0Sh0t it depends, i think your talking about squish, he tried to do a front flip for basically the first time, he is good but doesn't want to hang that much, he tried alot of new stuff.

@Parkourfourlife sure do. My freinds and I will hang out around our school and do vaults and things. At the moment I'm learning to do various kicks and flips.
