No, there is no possible way for any pokemon to have 999 hp without the use of a gameshark or other cheating device.

Dude I have a question, after i defeat the Elite Four you know how you have to go through all those credits and stuff, well after that it shows you to the main title screen and then i press start and it saves i dont have a 1m subcircut installed and it makes me start a new game =/. Wtf? D:
