Technique demo at 2:09, which he calls wrapping, is also super common in WC, it's like 3rd move on the Muk Jong. 2:29, yep, in the park, or Sifu's house. I trained the first 3 years in Sifu's home, in secret. 4:15 Sifu N is right on again, Training with no equipment, gives you the real deal. Your nuts be hangin out there, your head ain't padded, your eyes can be poked, you gonna fight differently, if you got a clue.4:40 again flying knees a favorite of Muy Thai, Check out Tony Jaa, you'll see!
