Don't plan on having to bug out, but if I had to, this is a possible choice. Plus it's just a nice place to go visit. . . . but you will have to find it on your own.

Considering those old foundations, you might want to have that spring checked for arsenic levels and other contaminants. I'm thinking old mining district.
