Don't plan on having to bug out, but if I had to, this is a possible choice. Plus it's just a nice place to go visit. . . . but you will have to find it on your own.

  • Considering those old foundations, you might want to have that spring checked for arsenic levels and other contaminants. I'm thinking old mining district.
