ive been taking hydroxycut for 3 days now and so far it just makes me a little bit more hyper cuz of the cafine in the pills and i dont find my self as tierd as i used too as far as weight loss i noticed my stomach a bit slimmer.

I agree it makes no sense but that's how the FDA works. If you look on the fine print of a suppliment it will say something like:
"These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA - it s not inteded to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease". That keeps the FDA away because it's not considered a drug since it DOESN"T diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease". You can expect with no doubt that disclaimer will be on there if it's legal.
