  • Wow! I feel so empowered :) Thanks!

  • Hey, thanks for the tip, you saved me a bundle. Funny how the manual doesn't show this process, it's a simple fix, but I've got to figure out how to capture all of that water...what a mess I had. Again, many thanks!!!

  • Thank you so much from a Man you did a great job and saved me a lot of money 109.00 dollars. You are so smart and vid was to the T. Tahnk you again Lou...

  • @jenbresson There's also a secondary part in the back where the black drain hose connects to the back of that same part. The water comes from the washer, into the black flex hose, through that drain screen (the one you pulled out), and then to the pump. Loose things get caught there first and if they make it through that they end up in the trap you pulled out. Thanks for the info.

  • I usually don't post any comments to videos, but I really wanted to say THANK YOU for your video! My washer stopped spinning and started throwing that F02 error a couple of days ago. I did NOT want to call a repairman! I found your video which was very easy to follow along with your instructions from another site, and my washer is now working!! It was a sock, lint, a penny and other junk that was the culprit. Thank you!! Thank you!! You saved me close to $200!!

  • Thank you for the tip... I found air soft pellets and lots of fabric goo clogging the filter/cap thingy....
