I mentioned the trigger is pretty heavy to pull. It is estimated that it takes 8-12 pounds of pressure. some have had trigger mods done to bring it down to about 4pds. This would feel much better but... There goes the only safety mechanism the gun has. Mine is staying at 8-12 pounds.

  • does it jam up alot? I just saw a video with an old guy, and it jammed up alot....please reply....

  • @justinfeasby69 I have put about 400 rounds through it and I haven't had a jam yet.

  • this was a special deal at Gander Mountain.

  • I'm not trying to be an asshole, but I checked at Gander Mountain, and the prices they got are fucking retarded. You payed to much for that gun. Just got one for 299.99 at academy. And that is before the 50$ rebate.

  • @crest2598 Ya, looked like a good deal at the time. It was within my price range and if I shopped around, maybe I could have gotten a better deal :)

  • It's because basically you get morons who only like Glocks. Glocks are fine, but it is not like they are so much better than any gun out there. It's a joke, and a marketing tool to get you to buy a Glock and spend more money. I have shot Glocks, they are fine, but they aren't heaven. It's like getting a Cadillac or a Chevy, except it's a hunk of metal. There are no leather upgrades or navigation. To me if a gun is good at shooting, and doesn't jam, (reliable) then it is a good gun.

  • Its nice they give you a sock. Personally i buy mine from Walmart in matched pairs. Undies too.

  • The only safety I need is my trigger finger. good gun, thinking of getting one soon. wanting something smaller so im not always using my .357 Magnum

  • I got mine at Cabela's for $289

  • i got sw40ev 4mags for $308

  • @MrKotasuperhero it's called a magazine

  • I don't see anything wrong with the trigger pull I love this gun

  • Just popped one of these this new years, I really hate the trigger pull

  • lol turn the clip around both are 16

  • The reason the trigger pull is so heavy is because of liability. S & W doesn't want a lawsuit because some dummy doesn't understand or practice safe gun handling.

  • my sigma nine mm was on sale at academy for 299 and i took the 50 $ mail in rebate .

add tax and the end price was about 275 drive out

  • If you want to highten the sensitivity of the trigger or drop the weight needed to pull the trigger u should look up videos on how to take out the pigtail spring in it it helps i did it and it duz make the gun more comfortable to shoot
