actually I dunno but I think the vocals are passable and the guitar isn't terrible either but you just need to get the syncing and tempo down. I think you could potentially do a really good cover with a bit more practice at that. anyways keep working on it =)

I thought it was pretty good! but it sounds like your using your normal talking voice instead of your singing voice. when your singing try to make it a little softer, so your singing voice isn't the same as when you talk. you're pretty good though :]
