Loving your videos, so professional and the music choices are great! Well done. I'm searching You Tube for tips on how to decorate my son's Birthday cake and I wish there were more videos like yours. Unfortunately, some are dreadful (bad lighting, out of focus & boring narration....yawn). My son is worth it though!!! Keep going, your enthusiasm is contagious! LOL from the Isle of Man x

messiet: thanks so much!! yes, the whole thing is fondant. there are many ways of getting the shiny look, the most common is using a steamer to make the fondant slightly wet (this also depends on the humidity of your location)
