Great video, I do know that Joseph at FADECO was also setting up an FM radio in Karagwe, I wonder if the community can support both? Will this parish radio also try to raise revenues through local adverts? Can Jospeh's radio compete with one that it was funded from abroad (I am assuming that it was funded from outside). No critique here, I just wonder if these questions were posed and pondered?
