  • Good form in general although it would be easier if you let the bar float back behind you a bit more toward the bottom and really kept your chest up. You do have to be quote flexable in the shoulders to do this. When done right you feel almost as likely to fall over backward as you seem to be going forward in this video.. But for you this could be ideal, just my 2 cents
