Never ever played any Zelda game growing up, my first encounter with 'Link' was when I played Smash Bros. on the N64 on a trip to my cousins in the united states (back in 2002) three years after the game released . Thats when I first heard the epic music playing on the Zelda stage, ~10 years later I made my first Zelda cover, Here it is.

And yes, I know its the Zelda Lullaby played backwards.

This song is Also known as..
The 2011 trailer music
Zelda's Lullaby backwards

  • Notice how this talented young gentleman, at 2:12, looks Skyward and smiles, shaking is head. It's almost as if those adventures were his memories. This all makes sense now.

Link is actually Indian. It explains the existence of Rupees in Hyrule. It also makes me proud to be an Indian, knowing we have such talented video game loving musicians.

  • @iShadow64 Thank you very much. Good to know there are other indians recognizing the potential of great music in modern games.

  • This brought tears to my eyes, the Ballad of the Goddess theme is just, so beautiful.

This is an amazing cover, not just amazing, the best I've heard.

  • @Maffiline I am glad i could move you with my music. Thank you very much.

  • @iShadow64 The zeldapedia has a page on rupees with a brief section for their name, which is what I was trying to get at, and wikipedia has a giant page on rubies of course- if interested in comparing em/seeing what I meant.

  • @iShadow64 @advaitnemlekar @aopdjasldksa It's great that you're interested in your heritage, but LoZ is quite a strange and unrelated place to find racial pride. If you meant racial pride in the musician, LoZ is loved by all, we're all fans here :D. Rupees- originally called rubies/rupies, aren't actually based off the Indian currency, the name is mainly a translation issue, as the Japanese characters for bi and pi are similar. The ruby IRL is a red gemstone, while the Indian currency is paper.

  • I just beat the first dungeon. Now cause of your video im probably going to play through this non stop. Thank you

  • this is probably the best zelda peice EVER!

  • Ganon, Ghirahim, Vaati and Demise disliked this video.

  • *_* so.... good

  • perfect :)

  • @iShadow64 Haha... Link. Indian.That's funny.
