black holes are only caused by a supernova when the star was 25 times bigger then the sun.

yes, I know that. In this vido the sun weny super nova because it was being pulled in by a black hole. (At least thats what it looked lik) and I was saying that black hoels do not cause super novas. And I think it is only about 10 times bigger then our sun. But you could be right.

Ohhh so thats a black hole!! And nahh its 25 times bigger! Im studying it ... Its from my fisics course... This part is easy (the stars and the planets etc) but the chemistry part is haaaaaaard!!

Supernovas type SNIa happen in a close contact binary system, but the explosiont does NOT happen in the red giant but on the white dwarf. And the deflagration is so violent that there is no remnant left (like in the SNII, where a pulsar or a black hole survives the explosion).

By "boom" I meant a sudden violent explosion, not the sound.

Ironically, there is sound in the video.
