Bedini does it with a double winded cpil and his special circuit to process the radiant reaction force you can get with this kind of rotational systems. He says that the only way to deal with that etherforce is to process it into usable energy by means of a battery. You can contest that and try something else. But he coudn't after 35 years of experimenting....
you need to supply more info, like mabe energy used (if it does use energy) and how you made it work (like a switch to activate an electromagnet at the right moment)
