On January 30th, 2008, Ron Paul debated Mitt Romney, John McCain and Mike Huckabee at the Reagan Library. In the debate, he overwhelmingly demonstrated himself and his intellect as the right choice for the office of President of the United States. He was right then and he's still right now. Republicans picked the wrong man in 2008. Hopefully they can get it right in 2012. Ron Paul is right on the economy, on foreign policy and he's right for America. ---- http://www.RonPaul2012.com | http://www.facebook.com/RonPaul12 | http://www.LibertyForest.com | http://www.facebook.com/ronpaul

As Ronald Reagan said of Congressman Paul back in 1978, "Ron Paul is one of the outstanding leaders fighting for a stronger national defense. As a former Air Force officer, he knows well the needs of our armed forces, and he always puts them first. We need to keep him fighting for our country."

  • OMG..this man is and has been patient, consistant, honorable and I feel his love for people in every issue he brings to light..bearing ridicule (see Romney and McCain wearing a condescending plastered smile.) ahh, to listen to the dull and ignorant because they too have their story..He has been fighting to stop the infection way before it became the boil it is now. While they bobble head..another soldier is dead. Truth is the powerful weapon Paul wields. Truth's harvest is freedom. Ya'll.. :)

  • To many Americans are being distracted with ideas of left wing/right wing politics. Those are only ever small side issues since every nation is somewhere in the middle.

The real issue is authoritarianism/libertarianism. The far ends of that spectrum are facist state/republic.

It seems that while both parties talk about being left or right wing they are both creeping up the authoritarian side of the spectrum and no one seems to care about it.

Ron is a right wing libertarian. I am a left/liber.

  • @3:49 McCain (grinning from ear to ear): I've got no clue what this guy is talking about but it sure sounds good. Let me smile just to look a bit intelligent anywayz....lol.

  • 3:49 - the biggest faked smiles i have ever seen!

  • Look carefully at McCain and Romney. McCain has no respect for truth, and probably never recognized it. It is a shame the GOP chose him. Romney is trying at times not to show that he is in awe, because Romney understands economic systems well enough to recognize that Dr Paul is 100% right.

    Ron Paul 2012!

  • Looks like three of the four candidates didn't do there homework. Ron Paul knows his stuff.

What i like about his style is that he is also educating while debating. He is poised, clear and concise with whatever topic is being discussed. He is a moral man

  • for the love of god i hope he wins x_x...

  • @burns83

The constitution is just as relevant today as it was back then. It's not some out-dated ideals, everyone still wants their rights, and freedom from tyranny. Unless you like the idea of an authoritarian state? Then I'd suggest move to Cuba.

Reagan, while argueably against minorities, was a relatively effective president when it came to monetary issues. Bush, while campaigning in 99/2000 actually had a good idea on foreign policy. Unfortunately he completely switched it when in office.

  • The look on John McCain's face is priceless. Neither him, nor Romney are taking notes for rebuttal, or even preparing to respond to him. They (McCain and Romney) both know this guy is talking way over the heads of the typical republican primary voter, and he is absolutely no threat to them. They seem to consider him nothing more than comic relief. Apparently, no one told Paul that rational thought and intellectualism is not popular with republicans.

  • This guy is going to win in 2012!!!

  • Kosova supports Ron Paul !!
