I'm so glad to hear from you. But damn, that's a fucked up story with the cat. I really hope you're gonna be ok. I've been a big fan of yours for a long time. Does this mean you don't have a horse living across the street anymore? :( Keep us all posted about how you're doing (especially with the rabies thing) I would be very sad if you died.

The group therapy helps? I always wanted to try it: one-on-one therapy didn't really help me much. Have you made any friends there?

It is messed up, and i need to somehow come up with some money. Therapy-wise... all of them have been to a mental hospital. So many are really messed up, and really old. The one girl that was my age was sexually harassing me. I stopped going because of it.. but i'll go back tomorrow. I'm a little scared.

What about bus stops? People of all ages might wait for the bus. Think about bigger cities. At a bus stop, you can TALK to another waiting person. It has to be the right bus stop, in a way. It does not work at an underground station etc. But bus stops. Isn´t that an idea? And the best: You can REPEAT that endlessly...

The 2nd thing I'll suggest is the *gentle* changing of your definitions about life.

For example if you think the opinions of others are more important than your own you'll be ruled by what you think others think of you.

You can change this 'life definition' to something like 'maybe the opinions of other don't matter quite as much as I though they did.' You may feel a touch of relief from this belief change which is a good sign. a few weeks later you can even improve this definition further..
