very well done, I am studying trumpet and have always wanted to play piccolo trumpet, I am currently thinking of getting one but there are so many, i really do not know which one to go for, the Bb, the D, the A, i really do not know, what would you reccomend? is that a Bb piccolo with 4 valves?? and is the score designed for piccolo in Bb ??

Best performance on YouTube. I am 74,now with dentures, and I have been asked to play at a friend's wedding Septemner 3, in Poznan, Poland! Can you imagine the struggle I am facing. I love the ornament - dotted 8th/16th/F/E, but I can never do it. The pressure sometimes blows the upper plate from the implants! If I succeed, it will be a stock arrangement, this on a Scherzer rotary with a Klier 5E ( like a Bach 3-C). I have a Schilke 11-A (From Jens Lindemann): too restrictive.

Utterly brilliant, musically and technically. The best rendering on YouTube - and there are dozens to compare. The pace and inflexion are just as I would expect John Stanley to have had in mind. And your playing of the pic trumpet is perfect; such a rarity these days. Thanks so much for sharing

Fantastic Tone. Super ornaments, very good organist too... I like the way you play it as a piccolo TRUMPET.... rather than a PICCOLO trumpet if you see what mean..
