Well  not for everyone, even cash manager is restricted eg no to paypal, no to hotels, no to petrol pump automated sales.

That is what the helpline said.

Better take care that the card can actually be spent on web. When mine turned up there were restrictions.... ATMs only!! No way to remove the restrictions etc
