This commercial reminds me of a time I was backing a trailer into a driveway on a straight away. I did it in one shot so it didn't take long but this lady (a Mom) had pulled up while I was in the middle of baking in and started yelling at me. There was an old lady (a Grandma) in the back seat with a 8 year old boy. The kid flipped me the bird as they drove by. I was shocked. Yeah it was kind of funny but disturbing at the same time.

in your case, a parent was acting on you, but the vid is showing that when the parent is acting towards others OTHER than the child himself/herself, that child will copy.

obviously if a mother beat her child, the child will not beat himself up.
