  • This is not really authentic Korean BBQ with the use of a bottled marinade and stir-fry. Korean bbq is not really stir fried, but grilled or bbq'ed. Oil is not used in such great quantity when cooking marinated meats because that would dilute the sauce. Bulgogi can be cooked on high heat to give it that chewy texture. When cooking Korean bbq, you can't just throw in any vegetable. Starch and water are not added when cooking Korean bbq. Meat is marinaded BEFORE cooking, not after.
