Final act of the Prince group on the show India's Got Talent.
This group consists of individuals, mostly labourers, belonging to one of the poorest places in India. They have not been trained to do this. In this perfomance, they try to potray the 10 avatars of Lord Vishnu, according to Hindy Mythology.

  • This was incredible!!! Obviously they will go far, but please tell me if they won the competition?

  • @aOKlady Yes! They did ! :)

  • sorry its allowd in hinduism i never knew

  • @84WAKEUP

No problem. These gods are only symbols. What matters is the message and the teachings, not the god. These people are not trying to pose as the lord ..They are only entertainers. They are showing their love for their favorite god through this act. I believe in one god (Brahman) ..different people know it with different names.

  • I myself am a professional choreographer... An Indian bt in UK since a long time... Having worked with loads of dancers, I believe India does have somethin dat truelly needs a global appreciation!!!!

    God bless u guys!!!

  • brilliant

  • @84WAKEUP,

They are showing their love for The GOD. Not they are claiming themselves as GOD. This is Love, this Devotion, and this is the Great thoughts of Hinduism that God dwells in creature's heart. What 84WAKEUP said is true. Thanks brother.

  • this song??...whats the name??..where i can download it??..

exactly. that's the beauty of hinduism. It encompasses almost every type of philosophy: monotheism, polytheism, panentheism, pantheism, monism, atheism, agnosticism, gnosticism, etc. I was raised Hindu and my family honors Shiva as our primary deity, but that didn't stop me from attending a Catholic primary school, an Islamic secondary school AND a Methodist university... from some of the comments I read on this page, it's apparent that people need more open-mindedness these days.
