Brett Favre is a genius. Despite my hate for him, this play by him was pure genius, they explained in on espn.

Both teams ran west coast offenses, so both teams knew each other audibles. The audible was a Q10 or something like that, and the 49ers knew what the audible was, so favre called a fake audible and the audible meant nothing, so the 49er jumped the route.
