Not sure if I see her being so miserable as everyone else is interpreting this. People are so quick to jump on someone knowledgable if they don't express their understanding of something while barfing up rainbows and sunshine simultaneously. I think she was easy to understand, straightforward, and she came off as a true professional. What more can one ask for?
